James Hyland, Director
Mr. Hyland brings more than 25 years of experience in the public markets as a financial and marketing consultant, a corporate founder and manager of numerous early stage public and private businesses. His industry expertise includes mining, publishing, financial services, oil & gas, hospitality, technology, alternative energy and healthcare appliances. He is currently a Director of Tasca Resources Corp. (TSX.V: TAC), Resolve Ventures Inc. (TSX.V: RSV) and BLOK Technologies Inc. (CSE: BLK). Mr. Hyland has an extensive network of contacts within the financial community including brokers, fund managers, industry analysts and media, throughout North America, the United Kingdom and continental Europe. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University of Victoria, BC. Canada.
Clive H. Massey , Director
Mr. Massey is currently President, CEO and Director of Tasca Resources Ltd., a Canadian-based mineral exploration company focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Canada. Mr. Massey has held directorships and senior management positions with various TSX Venture Exchange listed companies, including CEO of Redhill Resources Corp., Windfire Capital Corp., Aldever Resources Inc., Prescient Mining Corp., and Universal Uranium Ltd. He has also coordinated the marketing programs for several successful public companies including Lumina Copper Corp., Pacific Rim Mining Corp., Marifil Mines Ltd., Sumo Resources Plc., Greystar Resources Ltd., and the North Air Group of Companies.
E.L. ‘Buster’ Hunsaker, Advisor
Since the early 1980’s, Buster has been engaged in exploration and evaluation of quality mineral deposits primarily in the western United States. As well as designing, implementing, and managing exploration programs, Buster has been employed by both mid-size and major mining companies, including Atlas Precious Metals, Echo Bay, and Newmont, as Senior Geologist, Chief Mine Geologist, and Project Geologist. He holds a B.S. degree in Geological Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an M.S. degree in Economic Geology from Colorado State University.
